Coway Conducts 'Shared Growth and ESG Management' Training for Partners with the Win-Win Growth Committee

Coway announced on the 4th that it held a ‘Win-Win Growth and ESG Management Practitioner Training’ by inviting executives and employees of partner companies together with the Win-Win Growth Committee.


This training, hosted by the Win-Win Growth Committee, was organized to enhance the understanding of the importance of win-win growth and ESG management for Coway and its partner company employees.

The event held on the 3rd at Coway headquarters in G-Tower, Guro-gu, Seoul, was attended by 120 people, including Park Chi-hyung, Director of Operations at the Win-Win Growth Committee, Kim Ki-bae, Head of Purchasing at Coway, and executives and employees from about 100 Coway partner companies.


The Coway partner company Win-Win Growth and ESG Management Practitioner Training was conducted with lecture content tailored to the partner companies’ level, including ▲ ESG trends of global companies ▲ ESG evaluation response for partner companies ▲ ESG promotion cases from the perspective of small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen the ESG practical capabilities of partner companies.


In addition to this training, Coway has introduced and operates an ESG management consulting program to help partner companies establish a proactive ESG response system. Based on Coway’s ESG management know-how, it establishes and diagnoses ESG management indicators for partner companies and provides professional consulting support to enhance the ESG management of partner companies.


Kim Ki-bae, Head of Purchasing at Coway, said, “We organized this training together with the Win-Win Growth Committee to reduce the burden on partner companies due to the expansion of ESG management and to help strengthen practical capabilities to actively respond to it. Coway will continue to spare no support for mutual sustainable growth and coexistence with partner companies.”
