Yangsan City Hall Women's Table Tennis Team Dominates Women's Division at Business Table Tennis Tournament

The Yangsan City Hall Women's Table Tennis Team in Gyeongnam achieved top results in all categories at the '2024 National Cup Professional Table Tennis Tournament' held at Yeongju National Sports Center in Gyeongbuk from August 31 to September 3, winning the team event (champion), women's doubles (runner-up), and women's singles (runner-up).

The Yangsan City Hall women's table tennis team is celebrating their victory in the women's team event at the professional table tennis tournament and posing for a commemorative photo.

In particular, in the team event, they defeated Pohang City Sports Council 3:0 in the semifinals and secured victory in the finals by beating Jangsu County Office 3:0.

In the first singles match, Lee Yeongeun beat Kim Seohyun of Jangsu County Office 3:1; in the second singles, Lee Jeongyeon won against Noh Pureum of Jangsu County Office 3:0; and in the doubles, the pair of Lee Yeongeun and Lee Jeongyeon defeated Choi Jiin and Yoo Minji of Jangsu County Office 3:0, resulting in a final score of 3:0.

Additionally, although Yangsan City Hall's ace Lee Yeongeun finished as runner-up in both the women's singles and, together with Lee Jeongyeon, in the women's doubles after narrowly losing to Geumcheon District Office in the finals, the Yangsan City Hall Women's Table Tennis Team achieved the best results in all women's events.
