Library Moonlight Theater Operated for Residents Who Have Difficulty Visiting Cinemas
Busan Municipal Gudeok Library (Director Jang Malsuk) will host the 'Library Moonlight Theater' for 50 local residents and families with children at 7 p.m. on the 21st at the outdoor Thinking Garden of Gudeok Library.
This event, organized by the Busan International Short Film Festival and hosted by Gudeok Library in celebration of September, the Month of Reading, aims to provide cultural and artistic experiences to residents in areas with limited cultural infrastructure and difficulty accessing movie theaters.
The program will feature free screenings of three short films for children: 'My Mother's Story', 'Burger Song Challenge', and 'Fish Boy'.
Those wishing to participate can register on a first-come, first-served basis through the Gudeok Library website starting at 10 a.m. on the 5th. For more information, please contact the Reading Culture Department of Gudeok Library.
Jang Malsuk, Director of Gudeok Library, said, "This program will be a great opportunity for residents to experience cultural and artistic works, such as short films, that are not easily accessible in everyday life."
