Kakao Friends Launches Jordi Spin-off Character 'Jyorudi'

Expansion of the Jordi Universe with 32 New 'Jyorudi' Releases

Kakao announced on the 4th that it will introduce 32 types of 'Jjyordi,' expanding the worldview of Jyorudi, and will start the 'Favorite Jjyordi Discovery Project.'

Jjyordi is a group of characters spun off from Niniseu's Jyorudi. Unlike Jyorudi, which symbolized bittersweetness and empathy, Jjyordi expands the character worldview by utilizing diverse settings.

The newly released Jjyordi includes a total of 32 types, including the original Jyorudi. They feature a variety of personalities such as 'Positive Jjyo' and 'Naughty Jjyo,' as well as uniquely shaped Jjyordi like 'Tanghuru Jjyo,' 'Malti Jjyo,' and 'Pufferfish Jjyo.'

To commemorate the launch of Jjyordi, Kakao will hold the 'Favorite Jjyordi Discovery Project' from the 4th to the 10th. By voting for the three Jjyordi that make the best first impression on the event page, participants will receive a trial emoticon set featuring all 32 types of Jjyordi.
