Daehong Planning has introduced the all-in-one artificial intelligence (AI) system dedicated to marketing, 'AIMS (AI Marketing System),' which will be utilized in the marketing operations of all Lotte Group affiliates.

AIMS provides AI functions optimized for corporate marketing tasks on a single platform and supports online collaboration with various business partners. It was developed by integrating 40 years of accumulated advertising marketing expertise with generative AI, big data, and cloud technologies, focusing on dramatically improving marketers' work efficiency.


AIMS offers customized services in areas such as ▲research and data analysis ▲personalized marketing strategy proposals ▲creative content production ▲media management and performance optimization. Additionally, it learns from the results derived at each stage and reflects them in real-time in subsequent tasks to help marketers achieve tangible business outcomes.


To develop an AI system specialized in marketing, Daehong Planning's dedicated AI organization, 'AI Lab,' collaborated on the project with Lotte Group's distribution, food, and hotel sectors.

A representative from Lotte Distribution HQ, who participated in the project, explained, "By utilizing AIMS, the time required for digital content production and customer response analysis was reduced by approximately 83% compared to before, resulting in positive outcomes."


Hong Seong-hyun, CEO of Daehong Planning, stated, "AIMS is a system that demonstrates synergy through collaboration between marketers and AI, offering solutions that surpass existing limitations. We will establish the 'standard for future marketing operations,' enabling marketers to focus more on creative and strategic tasks and achieve results."
