New Admission Track Established for Overseas Degree Holders
to Secure Global Talent
LG CNS announced on the 4th that it will conduct a large-scale new recruitment in the second half of the year, hiring in the triple digits to secure next-generation digital transformation (DX) experts.
There are two recruitment tracks: the 'DX Leadership Academy' and the 'Global New Employee Recruitment.' The DX Leadership Academy is a new employee recruitment process targeting those with a bachelor's degree or higher and those expected to graduate by February next year. The program covers a total of 10 fields: ▲DX Engineer ▲Cloud Architecture ▲Cloud App Modernization (AM) ▲Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ▲Smart Factory ▲Smart Logistics ▲Digital Marketing ▲User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) ▲Artificial Intelligence (AI) ▲Consulting.
The Global New Employee Recruitment is a newly established track aimed at securing talent to strengthen overseas business. It targets those with overseas bachelor's degrees or higher and recruits in five fields: ▲DX Engineer ▲Cloud Architecture ▲Cloud AM ▲AI ▲Consulting.
This new employee recruitment process is open to anyone with basic IT capabilities regardless of their major. Applicants with majors in science and engineering fields such as computer engineering, information and communication engineering, industrial engineering, statistics, or those with IT expertise such as coding club activities or app development experience will be given preference based on their competency level. For the AI field, only those with a master's degree or higher and those expected to graduate can apply for both tracks.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, coding test (limited to IT positions), practical interview, and final interview. The application deadline is the 19th of this month, and further schedules will be announced after the document screening results are released. Successful candidates will join the company in early January next year and will receive customized IT training tailored to their job competencies for up to two months before being assigned to the field.
Experienced employee recruitment is also underway. There are a total of nine fields: ▲DX Engineer ▲Cloud Architecture ▲Cloud AM ▲Consulting ▲Next-generation ERP ▲Security/Solutions ▲Smart Factory ▲Smart Logistics ▲Smart City.
