‘Doan Prugio Diadel,’ an urban development project in Doan 2-5 District, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, implemented by Geumsil Urban Development and constructed by Daewoo E&C, has achieved a complete sell-out.
According to Geumsil Urban Development, on the 1st, ‘Doan Prugio Diadel’ succeeded in securing 100% contracts through the preliminary winner lottery. The abundant living infrastructure and significant future value within Doan New Town captivated the demand.
‘Doan Prugio Diadel’ closed subscriptions with the best performance among complexes launched in Daejeon this year. In fact, during the first-priority subscription, a total of 23,609 subscription accounts were received, recording an average competition rate of 29.59 to 1. All types showed double-digit competition rates, successfully closing the first-priority subscription.
