Golfzon announced on the 3rd that it has opened an urban golf course, City Golf (CITY GOLF), in Tianjin, China.

The membership-based facility opened on the 1st. It is located at the Tianjin Meijiang Convention Center. It is an urban golf course developed by combining screen golf with a field green. From tee shots to iron shots, the game is played on screen golf, and from play around the green, the screen opens to continue the game in an actual golf course environment. City Golf features an indoor space of over 16,500㎡ (approximately 5,000 pyeong) with 18 holes, equipped with 18 screens and greens.
On the 13th, the Golfzon City Golf China Open will be held at City Golf, with a total prize money of 5 million yuan (approximately 940 million KRW) and a winner's prize of 1.5 million yuan (approximately 200 million KRW). The event will be broadcast through various channels including Chinese regional broadcasters. CEO Park Kang-soo stated, "City Golf is an urban golf course applying Golfzon's golf simulator technology and field golf course operation know-how," adding, "We plan to promote the City Golf new business with the goal of expanding into major cities worldwide."
