11st Secures Loyal Teenage Customers... Launches Free Membership Exclusively for Students

The target users of 11st Campus Club are 11st members who have undergone separate verification as high school students, university students, or graduate students. Members who join Campus Club receive various benefits such as ▲constant discounts on brand-specific products within the membership-exclusive specialty store ▲exclusive package product sales in the specialty store ▲seasonal additional discount coupons (applicable to products within the specialty store during new semester, holidays, Family Month, etc.).

The Campus Club membership specialty store hosts over 900 products from more than 70 brands, offering discounts of up to 33%. It focuses on digital devices most preferred and needed by students for their studies, such as ▲Samsung Electronics (smartphones, laptops, tablets) ▲LG Electronics (laptops, monitors) ▲MSI (laptops, monitors) ▲Logitech (wireless mice, keyboards), as well as small home appliances and furniture useful for daily life like ▲Tefal (mini blenders, coffee pots, toasters) ▲Hyundai Livart (single sofas, student desks), and a wide range of products including cafe e-coupons for ‘Kagongjok’ (students who study in cafes).

Along with the launch of Campus Club, 11st also introduced a new ‘Family Payment’ service, which allows a ‘family representative’ to make payments on behalf of members. When members combined into one ‘family’ request the family representative to pay for a product purchase, the representative pays on their behalf. This service is expected to be especially useful for students who have difficulty making credit card payments in the Campus Club membership specialty store when purchasing higher-priced products such as laptops.

11st will also hold a giveaway event until the 13th, distributing popular digital devices by lottery. Starting with Logitech and Spigen, five leading brands will participate weekly throughout September to run an opening commemorative promotion.

Hyunsoo Park, CBO (Chief Business Officer) of 11st, said, “As we increase touchpoints with customers in their teens and twenties, who will become the main consumer group of the future, we will continue to provide various shopping experiences and benefits so that they can become loyal customers of 11st.”
