The Regional Balance Screening selects students based on 100% student record grades. The subjects considered are all courses in Korean, English, Mathematics, Korean History, Social Studies, and Science, with grades up to the first semester of the third year reflected without weighting by grade or subject. The Rural Area Student Screening, Specialized High School Graduate Screening, and Screening for Graduates of Specialized High Schools who are currently employed, which were previously selected through the Comprehensive Student Record Screening, will be selected through the Student Record Screening starting this year.

The Comprehensive Student Record Screening consists of document-based and interview-based types. The document-based type includes the Potential Excellence Screening and Equal Opportunity I and II Screenings, selecting students based on 100% documents. The interview-based type includes the Potential Excellence Interview Screening, Catholic Leader Recommendation Screening, Principal Recommendation Screening, and Screening for Persons with Disabilities. In the first stage, students are selected based on 100% document evaluation, and in the second stage, students are selected based on 70% of the first stage score and 30% interview score.
