Samsung C&T Applies AI New Technology to Raemian Songdo Station Centripol

Samsung C&T Construction Division announced on the 2nd that it will apply artificial intelligence (AI) technology to 'Raemian Songdo Station Sentrypole,' which will be launched for sale in October.

This complex is the first project of the Songdo Station Area Urban Development Project in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. Samsung C&T is responsible for both the development and construction of the project. It will be developed across three blocks with up to 40 floors above ground, 19 buildings, and a total of 2,549 households, of which Block 3 (1,024 households) will be offered for sale in October.

Samsung C&T will apply the Raemian AI (RAI) system, which integrates AI technology. Facial recognition access systems will be installed at individual units and main entrances, and voice recognition light switches will be provided. Through the AI parking solution, the parking patterns of residents will be analyzed to guide vehicles to their preferred parking zones, while visitors will be directed to vacant parking spaces near the building they intend to visit. An AI real-time mosaic camera that recognizes faces and automatically anonymizes videos to protect personal information will also be implemented.

Additionally, an electric vehicle fire response solution has been introduced. CCTV equipped with integrated flame detection sensors will be installed in electric vehicle charging zones to quickly detect fires and notify managers for prompt response. Dedicated fire extinguishing equipment for electric vehicles will also be installed. Furthermore, seismic-resistant features will be applied to fire water tanks, water supply, and heating pipes to ensure safety during earthquakes.

This variety of smart housing technologies will be gradually applied to future complexes planned for sale.
