BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 2nd that it is expanding the operation of its 'Visiting Retirement & Pension Lounge' service.
The Retirement & Pension Lounge is a visiting consultation service that provides differentiated, specialized services to meet customers' needs as demand for retirement and pension consultations increases.
In June, BNK Gyeongnam Bank conducted a pilot operation of the Visiting Retirement & Pension Lounge for customers visiting its main branch, Changwon branch, and Ulsan branch.
Through the pilot operation, the bank confirmed high customer satisfaction and subsequently expanded the Visiting Retirement & Pension Lounge service to include companies and institutions.
From August 13 to 16, the Visiting Retirement & Pension Lounge was operated for employees of Samsung Changwon Hospital.
At the Visiting Retirement & Pension Lounge, retirement finance experts from the WM Customer Department provide 1:1 consultations, offering essential information for private school pension recipients, such as health insurance premiums and pension suspension systems, as well as strategies for a stable retirement.
Individuals, companies, and institutions wishing to receive consultations from the Visiting Retirement & Pension Lounge can apply or inquire at their nearest BNK Gyeongnam Bank branch.
Hong Youngsun, head of the WM Customer Department, said, "As customers approaching retirement have diverse needs depending on their occupation and age group, we have decided to expand the Visiting Retirement & Pension Lounge to provide practical information on retirement and pensions. BNK Gyeongnam Bank will continue to provide its own differentiated comprehensive retirement finance services to support customers' stable retirement lives."
Meanwhile, BNK Gyeongnam Bank is also focusing on training 'Retirement Design Specialists (RD)' to provide practical assistance to customers who have retired, are about to retire, or are considering retirement.
Retirement Design Specialists who have completed in-house training are providing consultation services to retirees and soon-to-be retirees at BNK Gyeongnam Bank branches.
