The Dogok Gaepo Hanshin reconstruction project involves constructing 816 apartment units and ancillary welfare facilities. The construction cost is approximately 438.5 billion KRW. With this, DL E&C has achieved consecutive successes in the Gangnam area following the 'Jamsil Woosung 4th Reconstruction Project (approximately 381.7 billion KRW)' in July.
DL E&C proposed the new complex name as 'Acro Dogok.' It plans to apply Gangnam's first classic curtain wall look along with pilasters and colonnade exterior designs to Acro Dogok. Specialized designs will also be introduced, including premium landscaping within the complex through a garden collection, 32 high-end community facilities, and 100% expandable parking spaces with 2.0 spaces per household. DL E&C's differentiated technologies such as noise reduction between floors and exterior paint that enhances durability will also be applied.
The complex offers views of Yangjaecheon Stream and Maebongsan Mountain, and benefits from transportation infrastructure including Maebong Station on Subway Line 3, Nambu Beltway, and Gyeongbu Expressway. It is also equipped with living and educational infrastructure such as Gangnam Severance Hospital, Samsung Seoul Hospital, large supermarkets, as well as Sookmyung Girls' Middle and High Schools, Chung-Ang University High School, and Daechi Middle School.
A DL E&C official said, "We thank the Dogok Gaepo Hanshin association members who trusted and chose DL E&C's sincerity," adding, "We will do our best to complete a high-end residential masterpiece representing Gangnam based on differentiated designs and products." He continued, "In the second half of this year, we will actively pursue orders in major redevelopment projects in Seoul, including the Hannam 5 District Redevelopment Project."
