The Cheonan City Council in Chungnam announced that it will hold its 272nd extraordinary session from the 2nd to the 6th of next month to review the second supplementary budget bill and other agenda items.
During the session, five-minute speeches are scheduled, including: △Suggestions for the efficient operation of Cheonan City's family care for youth and adolescents (Kim Gilja) △Sustainable social housing (Jung Sunhee) △Measures against the gap in pediatric emergency medical care (Lee Byungha) △Suggestions related to smart city development (Park Jonggap) △Promotion of the National Dental Research Institute (Kim Cheolhwan).
The standing committees will also review agenda items such as: △The 2024 second supplementary budget for general and special accounts △Ordinance on outdoor business operations for food service establishments in Cheonan △Ordinance on supporting digital education for seniors in Cheonan △Ordinance on promoting children's right to play in Cheonan △Ordinance on the operation and management of the Cheonan Forest Experience Center for Infants.
The session is scheduled to close on September 6 after the second plenary meeting, where various agenda items will be reviewed and resolved.
