On the 22nd, the Monetary Policy Committee of the Bank of Korea declared that it would maintain the base interest rate at the current 3.5% per annum. This marks the sixth monetary policy meeting this year and the longest consecutive freeze since the Bank's establishment. Experts believe that lowering the base rate quickly amid soaring housing prices and household loans could increase market instability. Amid this, a brand-name large complex with more than 60% large-sized units is being supplied in Daejeon, attracting attention. The protagonist is ‘Doan Prugio Diadel,’ located in Yonggye-dong, Yuseong-gu. The complex achieved excellent results by closing all units in the first priority subscription held on the 6th, with competition rates exceeding 10 to 1 for every type.
