Man in His 50s Pours Flammable Liquid... Police Investigating Incident

A man in his 50s started a fire by pouring flammable liquid at the Cheonan branch of the Daejeon Probation Office.

According to the police and fire authorities, the fire broke out on the third floor of the Cheonan branch of the Daejeon Probation Office at 9:57 a.m. on the 30th.

It is reported that a man in his 50s, identified as A, who was wearing an electronic ankle bracelet, poured thinner, a flammable substance, and set it on fire.

Eight people suffered burns and seven others inhaled smoke and were transported to the hospital.

The police and fire authorities are investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.
