According to the bio industry on the 28th, President Go recently ordered executives at a meeting to actively provide education and training so that employees in their first and second years can be more engaged in their work. It is understood that the intention was for senior employees to actively support new hires to immerse themselves in learning during the initial period of their job.

On the same day, a post detailing President Go’s instructions was published on the anonymous workplace community 'Blind.' The post stated that under President Go’s directive, new employees and those in their first year should be assigned a lot of work, tasks should be planned and assigned, and if there is no work, training should be conducted. All of this must be complied with under the responsibility and management of executives and team leaders.

President Go’s recent directive is seen as a decisive measure to enhance the future of new employees and the company’s competitiveness. President Go believes that the current working hours are unsustainable from both individual and company competitiveness perspectives.

The company’s sales in the first half of this year reached 810 billion KRW, and operating profit was 295.2 billion KRW, representing increases of 73% and 278%, respectively, compared to the same period last year.
