Kia is conducting recruitment for new college graduate employees in the second half of the year.

On the 28th, Kia announced that it will carry out new employee recruitment for 15 days from the 9th to the 23rd of next month.

The recruitment fields include ▲Purchasing ▲Domestic Production Support ▲Production Planning ▲Finance ▲Management Support ▲Customer Experience ▲Domestic Business ▲Domestic Production ▲GPO (Global Policy) ▲Special Projects ▲Manufacturing Solutions ▲KASO (Domestic Vehicle Safety) ▲Global Business Management ▲Product ▲GSO (Global Strategy) ▲Quality, totaling 19 areas. The scale of recruitment is in the triple digits.

Eligible candidates are those expected to graduate from a four-year regular university in February 2025 or holders of bachelor's or master's degrees. The final successful candidates will be announced in December. The planned entry date for successful candidates is January next year.

Kia plans to reflect the perspectives of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in this recruitment as well. The aim is to understand the diversity of members in terms of race, gender, age, religion, etc., and to provide fair opportunities to all members.

To help job seekers understand and resolve their questions, a recruitment briefing session involving current employees and HR personnel has also been prepared. Kia already participated in a foreign student fair hosted by KOTRA the day before, and plans to hold a 'Women’s Career Mentoring Day' at two universities on the 4th of next month.

From the 12th to the 14th of next month, the 'Kia Career Camp' will be held at Namsan Seoul Tower. This event will include job-specific group counseling with current employees and HR personnel, discussions with female leaders and foreign current employees, among other activities. Those interested can apply through the Kia Career Camp application website by the 3rd of next month.
