A man in China has shocked the public by making his young children kneel in the middle of a road to bring back his runaway wife.
On the 22nd, Hong Kong media outlet South China Morning Post (SCMP) reported, "On the 15th, police patrolling a road in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, found children kneeling on the road." According to the report, all the children were under 7 years old, with the youngest confirmed to be 2 years old. Local police evacuated the children to a safe place and issued a warning to their father.
The released video captured a dangerous moment with cars passing right next to the three kneeling children. The children's father was seen quietly watching from the roadside. The video quickly spread on Chinese social networking services (SNS), garnering 63 million views.
It is known that after an argument, when his wife left home, the man made the children kneel on the road to bring her back. His wife has since returned to her hometown and has lost contact.
