September Reading Month: Visit Yangsan City Library

A Variety of Events Including Meet-the-Author Sessions, Performances, Original Art Exhibitions, Special Lectures, and Play Experiences

Yangsan City Library in Gyeongnam will host a variety of reading promotion programs in September, the Month of Reading, for citizens to enjoy at the library.

The main events taking place throughout September at the seven libraries affiliated with Yangsan City Library include: ▲ "Geokkuro Tokkikki-to" - Meeting with picture book author Boram (Central Library) ▲ Play experience "Come to Woongsang Playground" (Woongsang Library) ▲ Yangsan City's Book of the Year "We Repair Time" - Meeting with author Lee Haeun (Seochang Library) ▲ "Yeonip Buchim" - Meeting with picture book author Baek Yooyeon (Yoon Hyunjin Library) ▲ Special lecture "Saturday Funday in Library" (English Library) ▲ Performance "Fairy Tales and Magic" (Sangbuk Library) ▲ Performance "Suri's Wow Magic Sand Cinema" (Samsan Library). In addition, various other events to enjoy the autumn season are also prepared.

Seo Minsu, Director of the City Library, said, "We are planning to host various events for Yangsan citizens to enjoy in celebration of September, the Month of Reading," and added, "We hope this autumn will be an opportunity for everyone to become closer to the library."
