New Korean films starring actor Song Joong-ki, including 'Bogota' and 'Dirty Money', will be unveiled at this year's Busan International Film Festival.


The 29th Busan International Film Festival announced on the 26th that it has invited five films to the 'Korean Cinema Today - Special Premiere' section, which showcases new Korean commercial films as premieres, and six drama series to the 'On Screen' section.


In the 'Korean Cinema Today - Special Premiere' section, the invited films include 'Exposure: The Child Who Closed Their Eyes' starring actors Kim Min-ha and Choi Hee-seo, director Hur Jin-ho's new work 'A Normal Family' starring actor Sol Kyung-gu, 'Bogota' starring Song Joong-ki, 'Don't Touch Dirty Money' featuring actors Jung Woo and Kim Dae-myung, and 'Blue Snow' starring Hong Kyung and Noh Yoon-seo, adapted from the Taiwanese film of the same name.

In the 'On Screen' section, the lineup includes 'Good or Bad Dong-jae', a spin-off focusing on prosecutor Seo Dong-jae (played by Lee Joon-hyuk) from the popular drama 'Stranger', the chase thriller 'Gangnam B-Side' starring actors Jo Woo-jin and Ji Chang-wook, 'Hellbound 2', the sequel to the Netflix series 'Hellbound' (2021), and the youth fantasy 'A Week Before I Die' starring Gong Myung and Kim Min-ha. Overseas works such as 'Farewell, Even After That' (Japan) and 'The Spotlight Is Mine' (Taiwan) will also be screened.
