A photo showing a girl, presumed to be a Chinese tourist, relieving herself in an outdoor parking lot in Jeju has shocked netizens.

Recently, a post titled "Chinese again" was uploaded on an online community. The author, Mr. A, who recently visited Jeju, attached a photo with the description "After visiting the aquarium, this was the scene in the parking lot."

In the released photo, the girl is squatting near the sidewalk blocks with her pants down, relieving herself. Next to the child, a woman who appears to be her guardian is holding tissue paper and watching without any intervention.

Mr. A lamented, "How long has it been since the previous defecation incident, and this happens again," adding, "There are so many Chinese in Jeju that I can't tell if they are Chinese or Korean."

Netizens who saw the photo expressed anger with comments such as "Treating Jeju streets like a restroom," "Do Chinese have no sense of shame?" "What are they doing in someone else's country?" "Who is supposed to clean that up?" "I can't believe this happened in broad daylight," and "They should probably sign a pledge at immigration not to relieve themselves on the streets."

Meanwhile, the rude behavior of some Chinese tourists visiting Jeju is causing renewed disapproval. In June, a similar incident was captured where a boy, presumed to be a Chinese tourist, was seen relieving himself with his pants down next to his guardian on a main road in Jeju.

In response to ongoing controversies over the 'bad manners' of Chinese tourists, the police conducted a "foreigners' basic order guidance and crackdown" operation around Jeju City in June.
