Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the violin performance by Lee Sang-hee & Friends held on the Red Road in Hongdae on the 25th.
Following the violin concert held on June 16th, organized by the Mapo Culture and Tourism Association, this violin recital was also held at the Red Road street busking booth.
As the special violin performance by Lee Sang-hee & Friends began, it captured the attention of visitors on the Red Road. The sweet violin melodies filled the weekend Red Road with late summer romance, moving the hearts of the audience.
Violinist Professor Lee Sang-hee expressed, “Seeing more audience members than the last performance makes me proud, thinking that the Red Road is developing day by day,” and added, “I hope more performers and audiences will join the street busking held here.”
On this day, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, said, “I sincerely thank Lee Sang-hee & Friends for delivering an excellent performance to revitalize the Hongdae Red Road street busking booth,” and added, “Mapo District will do its best to ensure more performances can be held on the Hongdae Red Road.”
