Gyeongsangnam-do and Gyeongnam Nonghyup held a special exhibition for the promotion of excellent agricultural products from Gyeongnam at the Nonghyup Hanaro Mart in Busan on the 23rd, in celebration of Chuseok. The event, titled the "Gyeongnam Excellent Agricultural Products Special Exhibition Opening Ceremony," targeted Hanaro Marts in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions.
The theme of this event is "Buuul-Gyeong Food Community: Gyeongnam Excellent Agricultural Products Special Exhibition." The aim is to continuously supply Gyeongnam's outstanding agricultural products to nearby consumer markets in Busan and Ulsan, ensuring that consumers receive healthy food stably and producers can engage in stable farming. This marks the first exchange for building the Buuul-Gyeong food community.

The special exhibition will run from the opening ceremony on the 23rd through September 1st at major Nonghyup Hanaro Marts in the Buuul-Gyeong region. More than ten items, including apples, pears, and Shine Muscat grapes, which are commonly used for ancestral rites, will be offered at a 20-30% discount compared to market prices.
Cho Geunsoo, head of Gyeongnam Nonghyup, said, "I hope that this event, held in cooperation with Gyeongsangnam-do, will successfully introduce excellent Gyeongnam agricultural products to consumers in Gyeongnam, Busan, and Ulsan at reasonable prices, greatly contributing to stabilizing Chuseok meal prices for consumers." He added, "I also hope that consumers in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam will show much interest and affection for Gyeongnam's delicious and nutritious rice."
