◆EnjoyGO= Shineville Park CC opened in 2005 in Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju Island. It is a public 18-hole golf course (7,049 yards). The exotic scenery created by subtropical trees such as palm trees and tangerine trees is impressive. It is an eco-friendly golf course harmonizing humans and nature. The course captures the primitive nature of Jeju Island as it is. It is located at an altitude of 80 meters. Thanks to its natural terrain conditions, there is little fog, snow, or wind, allowing play even in winter. You can fully enjoy the exotic atmosphere while feeling the fresh sea breeze.

It is a typical park-type resort country club operated with the concept of Jeju and the blue Pacific Ocean. It consists of the Palm Course (3,313 yards), opened in 2005, and the River Course (3,736 yards, both 9 holes), opened in 2010. You can feel the charm of both long, wide-open courses and quaint landscaping. The River Course is diverse and grand. It contains a challenging and masculine appeal. The Palm Course features ponds and wildflowers at each hole. The distances are somewhat short. It is feminine.

The greens are bentgrass, and the fairways are Bermuda grass. In winter, rye grass is overseeded to maintain green turf conditions. It feels like being at a golf course in Hawaii, Guam, or Southeast Asia rather than Korea. The front is made of floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful seasonal views of the field. The food served at the clubhouse is of top-class hotel quality. It offers another joy besides exercise. The shaded rest areas offer views of palm trees and beautiful lakes. In summer, you can enjoy cold radish noodles, soybean noodles, and refreshing shaved ice with red beans, while in winter, warm udon and pumpkin porridge are available.

◆SeeGO= There are many attractions around Shineville Park CC. You can enjoy both sightseeing and relaxation. Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market is the largest market in Seogwipo City. It is a traditional market that naturally formed in the early 1960s, boasting over 60 years of tradition. Starting with 120 meters in 2001, it now has an arcade shopping street extending 620 meters. The market is shaped like the Chinese character “王” (king), making shopping convenient. To accommodate customers who purchase goods at the market, a free delivery system to desired locations is provided. There is an outdoor performance hall and fountain park for youth, the potential future customers. Parking is free for one hour.

At the foot of Hallasan Mountain lies Seongeup Village. It well preserves the characteristics of old Jeju traditional houses. There are old houses, Confucian academies, old government offices, Dol hareubang (stone grandfathers), millstones, fortress sites, and monuments.
