AIMMO Launches Service on MS Azure Marketplace
Providing AI Data Optimization in SaaS Form
AI data platform company AIMMO is launching its core technology, the 'Smart Curation Service,' on Microsoft's online store.
On the 20th, AIMMO announced that it has released 'AIMMO Smart Curation' as Software as a Service (SaaS) on Microsoft's (MS) 'Azure Marketplace.'
Azure Marketplace is an online store provided by MS that helps companies more easily find cloud-based solutions and connect with partners. AIMMO plans to target Azure cloud users for global expansion, as the demand for high-quality data for AI training is increasing worldwide.
'Smart Curation' is the data curation service of AIMMO's full-cycle data service, 'AIMMO Core.' It plays a key role in AI data optimization by automatically performing data balancing and data selection using vector embedding and metadata inference models on collected data. It is especially specialized in AI-based autonomous driving dataset curation.
This service enhances convenience by providing a software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API). Optimized for the Azure cloud environment, it allows dataset curation by sending image files stored in 'Azure Blob Storage' to AI models without physically moving the data, saving time and enhancing security.
The data curation results are provided visually. First, the embedding model converts image files into 3-dimensional vector values, enabling classification through 3D graphs, making similar image searches easy. Metadata related to autonomous driving, such as weather, time, and road conditions, is also generated on the images, allowing customers to efficiently create and store curation results tailored to specific requirements.

AIMMO plans to sequentially release all stages of AIMMO Core on Azure, starting with Smart Curation. They intend to support the entire data lifecycle management for AI training by providing generative AI services for data collection, labeling automation, and data augmentation.
