Law firm Daeryun (Limited) is showing continuous growth by providing high-quality legal services and realizing its core value of customer-centric management.


According to the legal community on the 16th, Daeryun manages cases centered on its headquarters as a control tower, enabling regional offices to provide high-quality services, thereby reducing regional disparities in legal services and raising the overall standard.


This is a move contrasting with the negative perception of declining legal service quality, which has been a chronic problem of existing network law firms.


In particular, Daeryun became the first law firm to operate a Customer Satisfaction Center since October last year, reflecting customer feedback in real time to strive for better service. The purpose is to listen carefully to customers' voices and improve accordingly.


Additionally, Daeryun is accelerating the recruitment of various experts to provide systematic legal services. It actively selects professional talents working in various fields, including certified accountants, tax accountants, labor consultants, and qualified evidence investigation experts.


However, within the legal community, there are also negative views regarding Daeryun's rapid growth. There are concerns that as the firm grows larger, it may neglect quality management of legal services.


A legal community official said, “Daeryun has branch offices in major regions nationwide and handles many cases. They also actively advertise, making it difficult for small law offices to compete. To resolve doubts about whether the service quality matches the growth?a chronic problem of network law firms?they need to show a definite strategy to improve quality.”


Contrary to such concerns, Daeryun has maintained a one-team principle and strengthened the cooperation system among nationwide offices, showing a different approach from other network law firms.


The reason the one-team system is possible is that judges, prosecutors turned lawyers, and core lawyers who have been actively working in the respective regions reside in major offices or branch offices nationwide.


Along with this, Daeryun attracted attention by moving its headquarters to Yeouido earlier this year, breaking the conventional mold of law firms located near the Seocho-dong area where courts are situated. The headquarters relocation was implemented to expand its activities in corporate cases and improve accessibility for corporate clients.


Kim Guk-il, CEO of Daeryun Law Firm, stated, “I understand that many stakeholders express concerns about law firms that handle a relatively large number of cases due to the saturation of the legal market. We are continuously monitoring and improving the areas of concern. Daeryun will continue to focus on customer-centric management so that clients can comfortably enjoy legal services without worrying about time and place.”


Regarding some of the concerns raised, CEO Kim emphasized, “We will continuously manage and repair the chronic issues. As the firm grows, we will keep contemplating the quality of legal services together with our members.”


Daeryun operates the largest number of offices nationwide by benchmarking advanced systems of U.S. law firms. It plans to enter the Japanese market this year to leap forward as a global law firm.
