Dong-Eui University Selected as Pilot University for Ministry of Employment and Labor's Youth All-Care Platform Project

Alumni Mentoring Program for Unemployed Graduates

Employment Programs Including Company Visits and Mock Interviews

Dong-Eui University (President Han Suhwan) was recently selected as an operating university for the Youth Employment All-Care Platform pilot project by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Starting in the second half of the year, the university will provide specialized employment support programs for unemployed graduates, including one-stop recruitment services in collaboration with local companies.

The Youth Employment All-Care Platform pilot project is designed to actively identify and support unemployed graduates through the University Job Plus Center, which has traditionally focused on programs for enrolled students. Eight universities nationwide, including Dong-Eui University, have been selected for this pilot project.

Dong-Eui University will operate the DEU Career Advisor Program, offering alumni mentoring teams by company and job category for unemployed graduates. It will also provide one-stop recruitment services such as job fairs, company visits, special lectures, and mock interviews in cooperation with outstanding local companies.

Lee Cheolgyun, head of the Dong-Eui University Job Plus Center, stated, "We will focus on encouraging active participation from unemployed graduates to reduce the time required for employment after graduation, and we will establish a virtuous cycle of mentoring by having alumni who have successfully found employment actively participate as mentors."
