Located in Block 2-A13 of the Asan Tangjeong District, Asan Baebang Geumgang Penterium Central Park will be built with five buildings, ranging from two basement levels to 28 above-ground floors, and a total of 438 units.
The exclusive area ranges from 74 to 99 square meters, considered medium to large types. The number of units by type is as follows: 129 units of 74㎡, 41 units of 84㎡A, 69 units of 84㎡B, 104 units of 84㎡C, and 95 units of 99㎡.
'Asan Baebang Geumgang Penterium Central Park' is the last complex to be sold in the Tangjeong District and is subject to the price ceiling system. The starting sale prices are approximately 360 million KRW for the 74㎡ type, 420 million KRW for the 84㎡ type, and 520 million KRW for the 99㎡ type.
All units feature a 4-bay flat layout with dual ventilation, enhancing openness, natural lighting, and ventilation. Depending on the type, dress rooms and pantries are included to maximize storage and space efficiency, and some types offer up to four bedrooms by adding an alpha room.

The subscription schedule begins with special supply on the 19th, followed by first-priority applications on the 20th and second-priority applications on the 21st. Winners will be announced on the 27th, and official contracts will be held from the 9th to the 11th of the following month.
For first-priority subscription, applicants must be at least 19 years old, have held a subscription savings account for at least six months, and meet the deposit requirements by region and unit size. Residents of Asan and Cheonan (the relevant areas), as well as Chungnam, Daejeon, and Sejong (other areas), can apply regardless of the number of homes they own, whether they are heads of household, household members, or homeowners.
