Krafton Releases 'Enjoy: Character Studio' on Steam

Experience Character Customization Feature in Advance

Krafton announced on the 16th that it will release the character customizing build (a trial version for customizing the protagonist's appearance) of the life simulation game ‘inZOI’ called ‘inZOI: Character Studio’ on the global game distribution platform Steam.

From the 21st to the 26th, anyone worldwide can download it for free, and users can also add it to their wishlist on inZOI’s official Steam page.

inZOI is a simulation game that creates unexpected situations and diverse life stories through immersive realistic graphics and detailed, deep simulation. This release of the Character Studio is prepared for global fans awaiting the early access launch.

Users can customize the avatar ‘Joy’ as they wish through the Character Studio. With over 250 customization options, users can freely edit hairstyles, shirt sleeve lengths, nails, age, body shape, and more. Additionally, by utilizing the generative AI tool ‘AI Texture,’ users can create infinite patterns for Joy’s outfits.

Moreover, creations made in the Character Studio can be uploaded to the in-game accessible user-generated content (UGC) platform ‘Canvas.’ On Canvas, users can download other users’ creations and actively interact through likes and comments. The top 10 creations with the best responses are displayed at the top of Canvas in the Top 10 ranking. When characters and creations are registered on Canvas, they can be used again in the game after the early access launch.

Various community events will also be held. Through the ‘Canvas Top 10 Event,’ AR Company welcome kit merchandise will be provided to the 10 users who receive the hottest responses on Canvas. Additionally, a ‘Create A Zoi’ hashtag event will be operated, where users create a personalized ‘Joy’ and upload it on social media with the hashtag. Merchandise such as T-shirts and string bags will be given through a lottery.

Krafton has also partnered with Overwolf to introduce a mod program for inZOI. Through this partnership, an official mod program for inZOI and Overwolf’s mod repository CurseForge will be introduced.

Meanwhile, inZOI will participate in Gamescom 2024, the world’s largest game show held in Cologne, Germany, where it will hold its first demonstration for global users.
