No Serious Injuries Occurred
A male driver in his 60s crashed his vehicle into the exterior wall of a building in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. Four people, including the driver and pedestrians, were injured.
The Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul announced that at around 11:02 a.m. on the 15th, a Genesis vehicle driven by a man in his 60s, Mr. A, rushed into the exterior wall of a building on a road in Dongseon-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
As a result of the accident, a bollard and a building information sign placed on the sidewalk were damaged, and Mr. A, a motorcycle driver, and two pedestrians were injured. Mr. A and the motorcycle driver were transported to the hospital, but it is known that they showed no abnormalities in consciousness or physical movement. The two pedestrians were also reported to have not been seriously injured.
According to the police, Mr. A was confirmed not to have consumed alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident. The police also plan to conduct an investigation into the circumstances of the accident with Mr. A.
