City Tours, Tourist Information Centers, City and District Offices, and City Website Offer E-book Access
Busan Metropolitan City has published the 'Busan-style Road Name Storytelling Travel Book,' which introduces tourist attractions in Busan centered around road names.
Published annually since 2018, this book introduces the origins and historical and cultural stories of 56 road sections located in Busan's representative attractions, such as Jung-gu and Dong-gu Yi Sunshin-daero, Jung-gu BIFF Gwangjang-ro, Seo-gu Songdohaebyeon-ro, and Haeundae-gu Dalmaji-gil, along with 162 nearby tourist spots.
The beginning of the book features the 10 best walking trails in Busan, known as Busan Galmaet-gil, where nature and the city harmonize, as well as the Busan City Tour bus route map, allowing visitors to fully experience the charm of Busan.
In addition, the book provides a detailed introduction to the changed address system, helping people easily find unfamiliar places by using road name addresses in daily life.
The 'Busan-style Road Name Storytelling Travel Book' is available at Busan City Tour, tourist information centers, city and district/county civil service offices, and can also be viewed as an e-book on the city's official website.
Lim Wonseop, Director of Urban Spatial Planning at Busan Metropolitan City, stated, "We hope that this road name storytelling travel book will not only serve as a guide for visitors to Green Smart City Busan, but also contribute to further enhancing the city's appeal."
