Kyobo Securities announced on the 14th that it will conduct the ‘FY2024 Women Leaders Development Program 2nd Cohort’ at the Vision Hall on the 19th floor of its Yeouido headquarters.
The ‘Women Leaders Development Program 2nd Cohort’ is targeted at managers and deputy general managers in sales and support departments.
This program was designed to help participants understand the roles and capabilities of women leaders within organizations, establish methods to promote self-change and growth, and further cultivate ways to lead junior employees as mentor-like supervisors.
The main training topics include ▲Recognition of the leader’s role ▲Women leadership in the current era ▲People management by leaders ▲Exercising emotional leadership ▲Women leadership action plans, conducted by invited external experts.
A Kyobo Securities official stated, “We aim to systematically educate female talents who will lead the company’s future and further promote the expansion of women’s roles through strengthening their capabilities.”
Meanwhile, last year’s 1st cohort conducted courses such as ▲Understanding women leadership ▲Roles and attitudes of women leaders, nurturing 18 female leaders at the deputy general manager and general manager levels.
