Inzisoft and Naver Cloud Sign MOU for "Q Service Collaboration"

CognitiveSoft, an AI-based image data specialist company, announced on the 14th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Naver Cloud to collaborate on the cloud-based 'Q Service' business.

Through this agreement, both companies plan to engage in continuous cooperation, including joint project responses to expand the Q Service business and providing cloud infrastructure. In particular, they will establish a technical support system to expand services within the financial sector, which requires high-level security and compliance with regulations.

Q Service is a cloud-based subscription electronic document service that allows product explanations, subscriptions, and other processes to be handled electronically anytime and anywhere. It enhances the work efficiency and convenience of financial companies with extensive external sales (ODS), such as banks, securities firms, and credit card companies. Notably, by processing electronic documents and adhering to standardized processes, it also helps prevent issues related to incomplete sales recently emerging in financial companies.

Additionally, due to its subscription service nature, client companies can relatively easily adopt the service through specialized systems in each field. Since there are no initial investment or maintenance costs, it also offers significant cost-saving effects. Currently, many securities firms have adopted the service for use in digital counters and ODS, and inquiries about service adoption are increasing.

A representative from CognitiveSoft stated, "We signed an MOU with Naver Cloud to activate the cloud-based Q Service and strengthen technical cooperation," adding, "Based on the collaboration between the two companies, we will actively work to expand the Q Service market targeting the financial sector."

They further added, "We will strive to secure a stable revenue base by increasing the proportion of subscription service sales, such as Q Service, which can generate continuous profits."
