GS Construction to Launch 'Prestige Xi' in Gwacheon Next Month

GS Construction announced on the 14th that it will launch sales of 'Prestige Ja-i' in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi Province next month.

This complex, which is a reconstruction of Gwacheon Jugong Complex 4 in Byeolyang-dong, Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi Province, consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 1,445 households. Among them, 287 units will be available for general sale.

Prestige Ja-i is located close to Seocho-gu, Seoul, and is considered part of the quasi-Gangnam area. Gwacheon Government Complex Station on Subway Line 4 is within a 5-minute walk. With the improvement of surrounding roads such as Gwacheon-daero, the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, and Gwacheon-Bongdam Urban Expressway, it is easy to access nearby areas including Gangnam in Seoul, Suwon, Anyang, Yongin, and Pangyo.

The educational environment includes Munwon Elementary and Middle Schools, Gwacheon High School, Gwacheon Central High School, and Gwacheon Foreign Language High School, and academies in the central commercial district are also nearby. E-Mart Gwacheon Branch, Gwacheon Citizens' Hall, Government Complex Gwacheon, and Gwacheon City Hall are all within walking distance. Nearby parks include Central Park and Cheongsapap Small Park in front of the government complex. Gateway Sports Park, Wonder Park, Seoul Grand Park, and Gwacheon Botanical Garden are also close by.

Considering the surrounding scenery and location characteristics, Prestige Ja-i’s exterior design was planned accordingly. The complex is mainly oriented southward, and a large-scale lawn plaza exceeding the size of a soccer field will be created in the center of the complex. The wide sky bridge connecting the top floors of the 35-story buildings will include resident convenience facilities such as a sky lounge.

Uncommonly for a reconstruction complex, a 4-bay layout (excluding duplex types) has been designed even for the 49㎡ exclusive area units. The ceiling height is 2.5 meters, which is 20 cm higher than typical apartments. Community facilities will include a fitness club, golf practice range, Pilates studio, sauna, and a children’s library. A swimming pool with four lanes, each 25 meters long, will also be provided.

A GS Construction official said, "Gwacheon-si is one of the best cities to live in nationwide and has been selected as the best city to raise children, reflecting its excellent residential conditions. We will do our best to make this complex a landmark apartment representing the region by fully utilizing Ja-i’s know-how and technology in the complex and floor plan design."
