Additional Deployment Increases International Flights to 16
Seats on 2 Routes Rise from 3,480 to 6,630
Air Busan (CEO Doo Seongkuk) will operate additional temporary flights to Southeast Asia during the Chuseok holiday period.
Air Busan announced on the 14th that from September 13 to September 18, it will add a total of 16 international flights: 12 flights on the Busan-Danang route and 4 flights on the Busan-Bohol route.
With this increase, during the specified period, the Busan-Danang route will operate 4 flights per day instead of 2, and the Busan-Bohol route will have 2 additional flights each on the 13th and 16th.
Air Busan has been operating temporary flights during holidays and festive seasons every year to enhance passenger convenience. With this increase, the total number of available seats for these two routes during the period will expand from 3,480 to 6,630, with an additional 3,150 seats.
An Air Busan representative said, "This year's Chuseok holiday is a long break that extends for more than a week if planned, as it includes the weekend. We decided to increase flights to resolve the supply shortage for customers planning popular Southeast Asia trips."
