Two Online Social Science Courses

Ulsan Library will hold the '2024 3rd Humanities Academy: Social Sciences Edition' lectures from September 3 to October 1.
This program will be conducted online via the ZOOM app and consists of two lectures: 'Understanding Modern Law Helpful for Everyday Life' and 'Exploring the Future Society through Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Technology.'
In the 'Understanding Modern Law Helpful for Everyday Life' lecture, Associate Professor Jung Ilyoung from Ulsan University will guide participants every Tuesday at 7 PM through the basic concepts of law and various legal issues that commonly arise in modern society, using a range of real-life examples.
The 'Exploring the Future Society through Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Technology' lecture will be led by writer and science journalist Jeon Seungmin every Friday at 7 PM, providing insights into how artificial intelligence and robotics will shape the future society and offering strategies for effective and wise adaptation.
Applications for the 3rd Humanities Academy will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for a total of 80 participants (40 per lecture) starting at 5 PM on the 16th via the Ulsan Library website. For more information, please visit the library's website.
