KFME also expressed expectations that "the inclusiveness of the special pardon, which broadly covers small and medium-sized business owners and small merchants from various industries, will breathe new life into the contracted livelihood and strengthen the broad social cooperation foundation as an essential condition for realizing a dynamic economy."

They also pledged to faithfully carry out their given mission. KFME stated, "The medium-sized enterprise sector will actively respond to the government's progressive measures and faithfully fulfill its given mission as a core of national wealth creation through more proactive innovation investment, job creation, and overseas market development."
