Kolon Acquires Additional Shares of Subsidiary Kolon Deck Composite

KOSPI-listed Kolon announced on the 12th that it will additionally acquire 5,882,353 shares of its aircraft parts manufacturing subsidiary Kolon Deck Composite for approximately 70 billion KRW.

After the stock acquisition, Kolon's stake in Kolon Deck Composite will reach 100%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 23rd of this month.

Kolon stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to secure operating funds for the subsidiary and to repay loans."
