Drug offenders who injected and distributed methamphetamine in Yeongnam regions, including Gyeongnam, have all been arrested by the police after several months of stakeout investigations.
The Jinhae Police Station in Gyeongnam announced on the 12th that they had apprehended seven individuals suspected of injecting and distributing methamphetamine in Yeongnam regions such as Gyeongnam, Busan, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk, and among them, two have been taken into custody.

According to the police, a man in his 40s, identified as A, and a man in his 30s, identified as B, are suspected of injecting 0.03g of methamphetamine twice each at a motel in Changwon in February and March.
C, a man in his 50s who acted as the distributor, was apprehended for selling methamphetamine to A, while four others were caught for providing methamphetamine to C free of charge.
Previously, the police arrested A and B on March 22, and later apprehended C on March 26 at a parking lot in Cheongdo County, Gyeongbuk.
At the scene of the arrest, 100g of drugs worth approximately 330 million won were also confiscated.
Through further investigation, the police sequentially arrested four additional drug offenders from April 17 to July 3.
A police official stated, "In order to completely eradicate drug-related crimes, we will launch intensive crackdowns in the second half of the year following the first half's efforts," adding, "We thoroughly protect the identity of those who report drug crimes and offer rewards, so please report actively."
