Dong-Eui Institute of Technology Operates 'Cheonghaejin University Summer Vacation Overseas Training' Program

Dong-Eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Youngdo) is running the '2024 Cheonghaejin University Summer Overseas Training' program from August 5 to August 30.

This program is conducted over a total of 4 weeks and 100 hours, with 12 current students who wish to work in Japan participating. It consists of intensive Japanese language education and local training in Japan to enhance overseas adaptability.

Due to visa issuance and entry restrictions caused by COVID-19, overseas employment opportunities were blocked for a long time. However, since the beginning of 2022, entry into Japan has become possible, and as a result, 2 graduates from the 2019 Cheonghaejin University program, 3 from 2020, 1 from 2021, 9 from 2022, and 10 from 2023 have departed and are currently working at Japanese companies.

Kim Sungwon, head of the Career Support Center, said, "We will broaden the path to overseas employment through systematic curricula and thorough student management in cooperation with Japanese companies," and added, "We will spare no effort to support more students to achieve their dreams of working abroad through educational programs that prepare them for the global stage."

Dong-Eui Institute of Technology has been selected as a 'Cheonghaejin University' operating institution for seven consecutive years and is actively running various global programs to expand overseas employment opportunities for students.
