Compared to regular noodles, they are shorter in length and have uneven thickness. The unique texture, combining softness and chewiness from the uneven noodle strands, has made it a popular dining menu item favored by the MZ generation who prefer distinctive textures. To launch knife-cut noodles as a convenient meal product, Pulmuone developed its own ‘handmade special cutting technology.’ The ‘Double Texture Jajang Knife-Cut Noodles’ feature a rich and savory jajang sauce made by stir-frying aged black bean paste with plenty of vegetables and meat over direct heat. The ‘Double Texture Mapo Knife-Cut Noodles’ offer an authentic Sichuan spicy flavor by stir-frying pork and green onions in chili oil and enhancing the aroma with an optimal blend of spices including red chili, ginger, and garlic.
