Jeil Construction is scheduled to launch sales of ‘Gonjiam Station Jeil Punggyeongchae’ in October at A1-1BL in the Gonjiam Station area urban development zone in Gonjiam, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do.


‘Gonjiam Station Jeil Punggyeongchae,’ developed in the Gonjiam-ri area of Gonjiam-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, will consist of a total of 565 units with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡. All units are planned to be designed mainly with a highly preferred 4Bay slab-type south-facing layout. It is located in the central area of the Gonjiam Station urban development zone, with the Gyeonggang Line Gonjiam Station right in front, making it a prime ultra-station area.


The Gonjiam Station urban development zone is expected to become a new residential area in the metropolitan area with about 3,600 households upon completion. Its outstanding accessibility to Gangnam and Pangyo is particularly noteworthy. Currently, using the Gyeonggang Line Gonjiam Station, it takes about 20 minutes and 6 stops to reach Pangyo, and by transferring to the Shinbundang Line at Pangyo Station, it takes about 40 minutes to get to Gangnam Station. Additionally, through Seongnam Station on the GTX-A line, which opened in March this year, it takes about 6 minutes to reach Suseo Station when traveling the Dongtan~Suseo section. It is an ultra-station area located about 300 meters in a straight line from Gyeonggang Line Gonjiam Station, accessible within about a 3-minute walk. Ultra-station areas offer high transportation convenience and unique scarcity value, which is absolutely advantageous for housing price appreciation.


A sales representative for ‘Gonjiam Station Jeil Punggyeongchae’ explained, “Not all station areas are evaluated equally in terms of residential value,” adding, “‘Gonjiam Station Jeil Punggyeongchae’ is an ultra-station complex at Gonjiam Station with differentiated value, and its value is expected to increase further over time after move-in.”


As such, ‘Gonjiam Station Jeil Punggyeongchae,’ regarded as the biggest beneficiary apartment of the Gonjiam Station area development, is also planned to be served by the GTX-D line. Major stops on the GTX-D line include key Seoul downtown areas such as Suseo, Samsung, Jamsil, Gangnam, and Sadang.


In particular, it will take about 15 minutes to reach Samsung Station. Moreover, it will be possible to travel without transfers to metropolitan areas such as Moran in Seongnam, Gwangmyeong and Siheung, Geomdan in Incheon, and Incheon Airport. Accordingly, the Gonjiam Station urban development zone is expected to rapidly emerge as a key rapid transit hub in the metropolitan area.


Excellent living infrastructure also stands out. The Gonjiam Station urban development zone will include a residential complex of about 3,600 households, as well as commercial districts, schools, parks, and various other living facilities. Since development at a level comparable to a mini new town is underway, residential convenience is expected to improve further in the future.
