Shinsegae Food announced on the 8th that its consolidated operating profit for the second quarter of this year was tentatively estimated at 9.7 billion KRW, a 20.8% increase compared to the same period last year. Sales during the same period rose 6.5% to 393.9 billion KRW.
A Shinsegae Food representative stated, "We were able to maintain continuous growth through balanced growth across all business areas, including food manufacturing, bakery, catering, and franchise, as well as efforts to improve profitability. Moving forward, we will enhance business competitiveness by increasing synergy and efficiency among each business."
