Spreading the Culture of Communication with Cheongsimhwan
Korea Racing Authority Let's Run Park Busan Gyeongnam (Head: Um Youngseok) held a meeting on the 7th, inviting tenants and donation stakeholders from within the business premises to enhance the organization's credibility.
The meeting, named 'Cheongsimhwan,' is an abbreviation for 'Cheongnyeom-euro Simkunghage Hwangoltaltae,' meaning 'a complete transformation for integrity.' The event reflected the commitment of executives and staff to innovate with a transformative mindset to resolve the difficulties faced by tenants and to improve the organization’s integrity.
Presided over by Um Youngseok, Head of Busan Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters, the meeting gathered opinions and discussed solutions regarding the challenges faced by tenants of the equine hospital and animal clinic, as well as donation stakeholders. Suggestions included expanding horse therapy support for seniors and collaborating on promotional marketing, among other proposals.
Going forward, Let's Run Park Busan Gyeongnam plans to promptly review and actively implement these matters through the relevant departments.
Previously, Let's Run Park Busan Gyeongnam addressed six issues raised at last year’s Cheongsimhwan meeting, including remodeling outdated facilities and improving conditions for providing healthcare services to racehorse resources.
Um Youngseok, Head of Busan Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters, stated, “We plan to continue communication with various stakeholders of the organization,” and added, “We will strive to become a trusted institution for our clients by transparently disclosing work standards and maintaining open communication.”
Korea Racing Authority Let's Run Park Busan Gyeongnam continues to implement various initiatives to uphold ethical and integrity values, such as operating a transparent communication channel, improving the payment system for mutual growth with horse racing industry partners, and sharing real-time stable environment information through the establishment of a Smart Stable.
