On the 7th, Osan City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 8th that it had completed the establishment of 'Saessak Station No. 6,' a drop-off and pick-up shelter for infants and young children, at Neulpureun Oscaville Apartment in Yangsan-dong, and held an opening ceremony.

The installation of Saessak Station is a major pledge of Mayor Lee Kwon-jae in the 8th term of the civilian government. It is a project to provide a space where children can safely go to and from school while avoiding heat, cold, and fine dust.
Since August last year, the city has installed Saessak Stations at Saegyo Central Park, Ipyunhansesang Osan Saegyo, Jukmi Village Hutton Complex 9, Wondong Hillstate, and Unam Jugong Complex 1.
Saessak Stations are equipped with air purification-enabled heating and cooling facilities, sliding automatic doors, indoor waiting chairs, and child-friendly designs.
Mayor Lee said, "We will continue to consider and formulate policies for the safety and health of citizens."
