Part of South Korea's Cultural City Preliminary Project '15-Minute Cultural Exchange Zone'
Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 8th that it will operate the '15-Minute Cultural Exchange Venue - Connecting Anseong through Books' program, consisting of various lectures, experiences, and networking at four independent bookstores and seven small libraries.
The '15-Minute Cultural Exchange Venue' project aims to create living cultural spaces within a 15-minute distance centered around independent bookstores, cafes, and workshops so that citizens can enjoy culture in their everyday spaces. It is part of the 'Anseong City Republic of Korea Cultural City Preliminary Project.'
'Connecting Anseong through Books' is a program planned for independent bookstores and small libraries to gather and enjoy culture modestly under the theme of 'hospitality' in each reading space and to facilitate cultural exchange.
