An apartment complex with 864 units will be built on the site of the KT Daejeon Human Resources Development Center in Goejeong-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon.
Gyeryong Construction signed a contract last July with KT Estate, the comprehensive real estate company of the KT Group, for the construction of the new KT Daejeon Human Resources Development Center apartment development project.
The project involves building 10 apartment buildings with 3 basement floors and 29 above-ground floors, totaling 864 units and neighborhood living facilities, on part of the KT Daejeon Human Resources Development Center site. All units will be medium to large types with an exclusive area of at least 84 square meters, with construction scheduled to begin in the second half of this year.
The site for the apartment complex was previously used for the KT Village (company housing) and accommodation buildings of the KT Daejeon Human Resources Development Center, and is set to be transformed into a premium residential complex.
The KT Human Resources Development Center site is located in downtown Daejeon and is highly regarded for its well-balanced educational, transportation, and living infrastructure. The area offers excellent educational environments such as Daejeon Seobu Elementary School, Dunwon Elementary School, Daejeon Seojung Middle School, Goejeong Middle School, Goejeong High School, and Dunwon High School, as well as convenient access via Tanbang Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1, Dongseodaero, and Daedeokdaero.
A representative from Gyeryong Construction said, "Based on the trust we have built through various projects with KT Estate, the project operator, we were able to win a large-scale contract to supply apartments in the center of Daejeon," adding, "We will provide the best residential space with the highest quality."
