Hoban Construction to Launch 'We Park Jeju' Sales at the End of August Wipark Jeju Bird's-eye View

WePark Jeju consists of 28 buildings ranging from 3 basement levels to 15 floors above ground, with a total of 1,401 households. The units are primarily medium to large-sized, ranging from 84 to 197㎡, making it the largest large-scale complex in Jeju Island. The complex is divided into two phases: Phase 1 with 686 households and Phase 2 with 715 households.

WePark Jeju boasts an optimal location that allows residents to enjoy the double living zones of both West Jeju and East Jeju. Nearby are public institutions such as Jeju Provincial Office and Jeju Government Complex, as well as various lifestyle infrastructures including E-Mart and Lotte Mart.

Between Phase 1 and Phase 2, there are adjacent cultural facilities such as Hallado Library, Art Center, and a planned complex cultural facility, providing opportunities for cultural activities. Access to major areas of Jeju is convenient via Yeonbuk-ro and Onam-ro, and the proximity to Jeju International Airport is excellent.

WePark Jeju is developed under the private park special project. According to the Act on Urban Parks and Green Areas, 70% of the park land must be maintained as a park, while 30% can be developed by private developers into apartments and other facilities.

WePark Jeju is a ‘park-access’ apartment complex situated on approximately 760,000㎡?equivalent to 106 soccer fields?featuring ecological resting spaces and parks. A trekking course directly connected to Odeungbong Park will also be established within the complex.

The complex layout is primarily south-facing and applies a 4-bay slab-type floor plan with cross ventilation (varies by type), providing excellent natural lighting and airflow. For the first time in Jeju Island, all units feature glass railings and open balconies (in some types), offering a sense of openness. Views of Odeungbong Park, Hallasan Mountain, and the ocean are also available.

WePark Jeju is a car-free complex on the ground level, enhancing pedestrian safety, and includes a school bus stop for children. A daycare center will also be established within the complex.

Prior to the sales launch of WePark Jeju, the largest complex in Jeju, Hoban Construction renewed the BI (Brand Identity) of its premium residential brand 'WePark.' The new BI expresses the brand philosophy of harmony with nature. The signature color, Blue Navy, symbolizes a premium lifestyle that remains timeless. The symbol 'W' represents the dignity and confidence of the residential spaces provided by WePark.

A Hoban Construction official stated, "With its excellent location that allows residents to enjoy both West and East Jeju living zones, along with parks and cultural facilities, we expect it to become a landmark complex in the region."
