AudinFutures and Neogen's 'Slim Metal Mascara' Now Available at Olive Young... Strengthening Domestic and International Roadshops

Audin Futures announced on the 7th that its derma cosmetic brand 'NEOGEN' has launched the 'Slim Metal Mascara' with new packaging at Olive Young.


The company expressed, "This entry will be an important opportunity to further strengthen NEOGEN's position in the domestic market based on its innovative design and product quality, and to actively expand its distribution network."


In particular, NEOGEN's patented gauze peeling pads have been loved at Olive Young for over 10 years. The Lemon Gauze Peeling Pad ranked first in Olive Young's real-time ranking and review best in 2023, earning the product a double crown in the pad category. Additionally, the new concept Carrot Remover Oil Pad was introduced as a 'Kim Ji-young's genuine recommendation item' and will be actively promoted alongside the newly launched Slim Metal Mascara.


The Slim Metal Mascara is a bestseller product that has surpassed 1 million units sold and total sales of 10 billion KRW in both domestic and global markets, thanks to years of accumulated brand know-how and proven product performance. Notably, it was selected as the PICK of influencer Freesia (January 2024) and Kim Ji-young, known from Heart Signal (2024), and received the Allure Editors' PICK in August 2024. This signature NEOGEN item is expected to continue its popularity with the release of the new packaging.


The Slim Metal Mascara is a new concept metal mascara featuring an ultra-slim 2.5mm metal brush that has completed 99.99% antibacterial testing. It has been verified for product performance with a 48-hour curling durability test and five-proof features including ▲waterproof ▲oil-proof ▲sweat-proof ▲smudge-proof ▲tear-proof, as well as vegan certification. It boasts strong coating and fixing power that allows each lash?from the inner corner, under lashes, to extended lashes?to be curled tightly.


The company anticipates that the new packaging release of the Slim Metal Mascara will reflect diverse consumer preferences mainly through the Olive Young channel and play a crucial role in enhancing market competitiveness.


This product is available through the Olive Young online mall, and as an early online launch at Olive Young, a limited special discount event will be held throughout August, offering the product at a reduced price of 18,900 KRW from the regular price of 24,000 KRW.


A company representative stated, "With this Olive Young entry, we plan to focus not only on domestic road shops but also on strengthening road shops in Southeast Asia," adding, "Last month, our management team met directly with representatives and officials from top road shops in Vietnam such as Hasaki, Nuty, and Lamthaocosmetics to agree on active mutual cooperation."


They continued, "We have received pre-orders for about 2 million mask packs, NEOGEN's signature gauze peeling pads, and multiple serum products." Audin Futures is also collaborating with Watsons and Guardian, leading cosmetic road shops in Malaysia and Indonesia.


NEOGEN officially debuted offline in Japan in August last year and is expanding its stores mainly in drugstores such as LOFT, SHOP IN, and Tokyu Hands. The brand is also pursuing market expansion in Russia, focusing on road shops like Gold Apple and L’Etoile.
